Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehab Part-time

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient Rehab unit in Alum Bank, PA. This position involves 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling and requires working 2 weekends per month.

Department/Unit Summary

Crichton Center is a 27-bed physical rehabilitation unit providing acute care services. We manage patients' medical conditions and offer therapy and education to help them return to their prior level of function and home. The most common diagnosis is stroke, with an average length of stay of 14 days. We are expanding to 37 beds as the unit grows.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must hold a current state RN license and have an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR certification renewed every 2 years
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in medical/surgical or rehab settings
• IV proficiency preferred
