Job summary

Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Inpatient Rehab. This role requires flexible shifts and hands-on nursing care across the patient life span with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice.

Facility: Upper Valley Medical Center
Practices professional nursing care in an autonomous manner supported by evidenced-based practice, professional standards of care, and code of ethics. Provides care for patients across the life span in a manner sensitive to social and cultural diversity. The Registered Nurse manages the nursing care in an interdisciplinary manner, in collaboration with the healthcare team, family, and significant other. Integrates the Collaborative Model of Care with a strong focus on patient-centered care into daily practice.

Qualifications

Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Valid Ohio RN license

Current BLS certification required at the time of hire.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital RN experience is required.
