Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient ICU in Maine. The role provides direct care to critically ill adult patients in a high-performing, state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities include developing and evaluating care plans, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support. Opportunities for professional growth and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Maine RN licensure or ability to obtain.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in acute care preferred.
• Prior CCU experience is a plus.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and MOAB are preferred.
