Job summary

Position

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to critically ill adult patients, develop and evaluate care plans, monitor and document patient status, collaborate across disciplines, and educate patients and families. Delegate tasks to ancillary staff and potentially precept students and new hires.

Qualifications

Active RN licensure in Maine or ability to obtain it, with at least 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting; ICU experience and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, MOAB) preferred.

Skills

Strong clinical assessment, communication, teamwork, and delegation skills. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
