Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in Maine is seeking an inpatient ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct care to critically ill adults in a state-of-the-art facility. You will consistently develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans, monitor patient status, communicate changes, and educate patients and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred candidates hold active RN licensure, at least 1 year of acute care experience (CCU preferred), and BLS/ACLS/MOAB

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (prefer CCU).
• BLS, ACLS, and MOAB certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans.
• Monitors and communicates patient conditions.
• Collaborates across disciplines and provides patient and family education.
• Delegates tasks to ancillary staff and may precept students and new hires.
• Supports discharge planning and psychosocial needs.
