TheKey in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for private-duty, in-home senior care. You’ll deliver 1-on-1 nursing care directly to clients in their homes and manage overnight shifts with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care.
• Clear background screening per Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours based on client care plans.
• Administer specialized nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, IV care).
• Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to care teams.
• Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.
