TheKey Concierge Nursing is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for private-duty, in-home care in Boca Raton and surrounding areas. Join a 1-on-1 care model focused on dignity and personalized senior support in clients’ homes.

Earn $40–$45 per hour with flexible day/evening shifts, Per-Diem options, weekly pay, and PayActiv access to earnings. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care
• Clear background screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours per client care plans.
• Administer interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, peripheral IV insertion).
• Support clients and families with education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to care teams.
• Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care.
• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
