• Active Florida RN license required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours per client care plans.
• Administer nursing interventions within scope (PICC, port access, IV care).
• Educate patients and families on health management and medications.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to care teams.

Responsibilities (Night Shift Focus)

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours based on individualized client care plans.
• Administer specialized nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, peripheral IV insertion).
• Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license .
• Active BLS Certification .
• Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care .
• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse .
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
