RN ICU Full-Time Days Position

This role provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role also involves supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The RN is responsible for supporting the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Hold an active and current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

Education

• Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.

Certification

• Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as mandated by law or regulation. CPR certification.
