Johns Hopkins Hospital ICU Float Pool RN position offers cross-unit critical care experience across seven ICUs, including SICU, Weinberg Surgical ICU, CVSICU, Neuro ICU, MICU, CCU, and Oncology ICU. Shifts include 12-hour day/night rotations or permanent night shifts; 36 hours per week.
Candidates need an Associate degree in Nursing, Maryland or Compact RN license, BLS CPR, and ICU experience; enrollment in BSN/MSN within 1 year of hire is acceptable.

This unique role offers exposure to a wide range of critically ill patient populations while working alongside nationally recognized multidisciplinary teams. ICU Float Pool RNs develop exceptional clinical expertise, adaptability, and confidence while delivering high-quality, compassionate care in some of the hospital's most complex critical care environments. ICU Float Pool RNs will get training in the following ICUs: SICU, Weinberg Surgical ICU, CVSICU, Neuro ICU, MICU, CCU, and Oncology ICU.

Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
