Job summary

Tanner Health in Villa Rica, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide nursing care and supervise RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in accordance with the state nurse practice act.

The role performs patient assessments, plans and implements care, and evaluates outcomes while rotating 12-hour shifts (7a–7p) with every-other-weekend and holiday coverage; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external hires with two years of critical care experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if GI call.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within one year of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
• Georgia RN license or Multistate license.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.

The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.

• Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
