Position Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) ICU – $20,000 Sign‑on Bonus with a two‑year commitment to that role. Full‑time (0.8‑1.0 FTE) on a 12‑hour shift roster.

Shift & Schedule

Start Time: 1900. Unit: ICU. Schedule requires three 12‑hour night shifts each week and every third weekend.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care from admission to discharge or transfer.
• Provide expert care and education to patients in the critical care setting.
• Act as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents related to critical care.

Required Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire.
• ACLS required within six months of hire.
• One (1) year of ICU experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN.
• Experience in critical care.
• Previous experience with Intra‑Aortic Balloon Pump, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, Impella.
• CCRN certification.
