Los Alamos Medical Center in New Mexico seeks an RN for the ICU to provide direct care to critically ill patients, using nursing processes and evidence-based practices. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and manage patient conditions and ensure timely documentation.

The role requires an NM or Compact RN license; ADN is required with BSN preferred. Shift: full-time nights, 3x12, with rotating weekends and holidays, offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

How you'll contribute

An RNICU who excels in this role:

• Provides direct patient care to critically ill patients using the nursing process and evidence-based practices

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current New Mexico or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred, Associates required
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred, but must have within 30 days of hire.
