Job summary

Grand Haven Hospital, part of Trinity Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide skilled patient care on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule from 7p to 7a.

You will collect health data, set care goals, collaborate with families and caregivers, and monitor patient progress.

Michigan RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and PALS within 6 months are required; benefits start day one with PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Current BLS and ACLS.
• PALS within 6 months.

• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
• Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan
• Evaluate and document patient’s progress
