Registered Nurse (RN), House Supervisor Nursing Admin PRN Nights

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN), House Supervisor Nursing Admin PRN Nights at Lifepoint Health.

This role involves overseeing clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. The position requires leadership, clinical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff and resolving complex issues and complaints.
  • Developing departmental goals aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Supervising staff relations, performance, and scheduling.
  • Responding proactively to census, staffing, and acuity changes.
  • Assessing and coordinating patient care services.
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members to improve patient flow and care quality.
  • Investigating and resolving patient and staff complaints.
  • Providing education and training to staff and patients.
  • Integrating evidence-based practices into clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Current RN license in NC or multi-state license.
  • BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke, NRP required within 3 months of hire.
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience, with leadership experience highly preferred.
