Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital in White Hall, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to join our 76-bed inpatient rehabilitation and behavioral health team. This full-time day shift (3x12s) from 7:00am to 7:00pm emphasizes leadership, staffing oversight, and clinical excellence to support high-quality patient care.

More about our team: Our 36-bed Behavioral Health Unit offers a comprehensive continuum of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, providing compassionate care to individuals experiencing acute behavioral health needs.
As the House Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and competency checklists. You will promote collaboration, open communication, staff development, and clinical excellence, helping to strengthen teamwork, support continuity of care, and create a culture where both patients and team members can thrive.

Education: Associate’s degree required. BSN preferred.
Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications: Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS).
Must be able to successfully complete Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
Minimum 4 years of nursing experience required.
Previous behavioral health experience preferred.
