Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital, a Lifepoint Health facility in White Hall, AR, is seeking a Nurse Technician to join our compassionate team. In a day shift 3x12 schedule, you will support basic patient care and collaborate with licensed staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Education: High School diploma preferred.
License: SRNA or EMT preferred.
Certifications: BCLS required; Handle with Care preferred.
Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment; rapid learning and navigation of multiple software systems; effective English communication (read/write/speak); ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 76-bed specialty hospital. We have 40 acute inpatient rehabilitation beds dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness.
Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Featuring all private rooms, we offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Likewise, our 36-bed behavioral health unit will offer a continuum of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for adults and senior citizens, including crisis stabilization for acute mental health and substance use disorders; detoxification from alcohol and drugs; and treatment for anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and many other behavioral health concerns.
The unit offers 24/7 assessment and admission, so we're there for the community when we're needed most. All patients receive aftercare planning to help them remain on the path to improved mental health.
Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital is located off Interstate 530 at Exit 32, minutes from Pine Bluff and Jefferson Regional's campus, one block from the Jefferson Regional White Hall Health Complex, and approximately 30 minutes from Little Rock.
