Job summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a Charge Nurse for the Trauma unit. The role oversees nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures compliance with hospital policies. EPIC experience is required to support clinical decisions.

The schedule is day shift, five days a week, Monday to Friday from 0500 to 1700, with rotations in start times. No on-call is required. Candidates should have RN licensure and a nursing leadership background, with ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications and a preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Two+ years of charge/lead experience required.
• Five years’ technical experience preferred.
• RN licensure in state of practice required.

Schedule

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred
• Two or more years of charge/lead experience: Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• EPIC experience: Required
• Experience with Trauma: Preferred
• Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification: Preferred
