Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide in-home hospice care. The role emphasizes compassionate patient relationships, caregiver education, and collaboration with the care team to deliver comfort, peace, and dignity.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver's license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Pay Range

$28.93 - $48.22 / hour
