Job summary

Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care in the home setting, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families with compassionate, personalized service.

The role requires an active RN license in the practice state, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/BCLS certification.

• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
