Compassus in New Jersey is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate in-home hospice care. The role focuses on supporting patients and families, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered services.

Qualifications include an active RN license in the state, 2 years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a current driver's license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

• RN license in the state you work

Pay Range

$36.54 - $60.90 / hour
