Compassus in Missouri is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to coordinate care for patients in home settings.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, and partner with families to enhance quality of life.

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
