Job summary

Superior Hospice, part of the Home Health Care, Inc. family, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for hospice visits in Minnesota. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to transition to full-time as patient volume grows.

The RN will provide compassionate care, perform assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, all while documenting care in the EMR with high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license.
• Hospice or related oncology/palliative care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine hospice visits in patients' homes, assisted living communities, memory care, and skilled nursing settings.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, symptom management, medication education, and comfort-focused interventions.
• Support patients and families through compassionate communication and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation while maintaining high clinical standards.

What You'll Bring

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
