Your Clinical Judgment Matters Here

The best hospice nurses don't rely on protocols alone.

They notice subtle changes.

They anticipate needs before symptoms escalation.

They know when to educate, when to intervene, and when simply being present is the most important care they can provide.

At Superior Hospice, you'll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license while working alongside a team that values your experience, respects your clinical judgment, and trusts you to make thoughtful decisions for every patient you serve.

Why You'll Thrive Here

  • Flexible every weekend or every other weekend scheduling.
  • Independence in the field with strong support from an experienced interdisciplinary team.
  • Time to focus on thorough assessments and individualized patient care.
  • Backed by the stability and resources of Home Health Care, Inc., serving Minnesota for more than 30 years.
  • Join a growing hospice where experienced clinicians help shape the future of the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Complete routine and PRN hospice visits throughout your assigned territory.
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing symptom management.
  • Provide pain management, wound care, medication education, and comfort-focused interventions.
  • Partner with physicians, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and families to coordinate individualized plans of care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR.
What You'll Bring
  • Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Hospice experience preferred, with consideration given to nurses from home health, ICU, oncology, palliative care, or other end-of-life care settings.
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Confidence working independently in a field-based environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
