Compassus in Dayton, OH is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join a patient-centered team providing compassionate at-home hospice care. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort, peace, and dignity in the home setting.

Formación

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Requirements

• RN license in the state you work

• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
