Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our team in providing high-quality, home-based hospice care. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort, peace, and dignity in the home setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
