Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver personalized, one-on-one home care for a client in Union, NJ. Flexible scheduling includes day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments.

Pay is $55.00 per hour. The ideal candidate has an NJ RN license, 1 year of RN experience (acute or home), hospice/palliative experience, and current BLS. A valid driver's license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in acute care or home care.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical examination completed within the past year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year (or chest X-ray within past 5 years, if applicable).
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care.
• Collaborate with family and clinical team to plan and adjust care.
• Ensure patient comfort and symptom management in a home setting.

Per Diem | Private-Duty Home Care | Union, NJ

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home.

This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, focused care, and the opportunity to use their clinical skills in a home care setting.

Location: Union, NJ 07083 and surrounding areas

Flexible scheduling based on client needs

Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available

Pay: $55.00 per hour

Qualifications

Active New Jersey RN license

Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life care

Strong knowledge of end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, and comfort-focused care

Current BLS certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the United States
