Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Northeast is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Supervisor to join our Keene, NH office. This hybrid, full-time role combines office supervision with hands-on patient home visits across Keene and nearby communities.

You will supervise field clinicians, coordinate care plans, and support patient care coordination while overseeing home health operations. Active NH RN license, supervision experience, and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active NH RN license required.
• 2+ years nursing in home health, hospice, or related clinical setting preferred.
• 1+ year nursing supervision or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation for travel to patient homes in and around Manchester

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Supervisor | Keene, NH

About the Role

Interim HealthCare of the Northeast is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Supervisor to join our Keene, NH office. In this role, you'll supervise field clinicians, support patient care coordination, and help oversee home health operations across Keene and the surrounding communities. This is a hybrid role — a mix of office-based supervision and hands‑on patient home visits — with full‑time, 40-hour weekly scheduling and flexibility in daily start times.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support field nursing staff delivering home health care across Keene and nearby towns
• Conduct patient home visits and clinical oversight alongside office-based supervisory duties
• Coordinate care plans, staffing, and scheduling to ensure quality, Medicare-certified home health services
• Serve as a clinical resource for RNs, LPNs, and home health aides in the field
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards across assigned cases

Schedule & Compensation

• 40 hours per week, full-time
• Flexible daily start times
• Competitive salary, based on experiece
• Weekly pay
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• 2+ years of nursing experience in home health, hospice, or a related clinical setting preferred
• 1+ year of nursing supervision or clinical leadership experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for travel to patient homes in and around Manchester
