Maxim Healthcare in Massachusetts seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to provide 1:1 home care for pediatric or adult patients. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient connections, and work-life balance outside traditional clinical settings.

As a Homecare RN, you will develop and adjust individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor patient status, educate families, and coordinate discharge planning with care teams. Must hold MA RN license and BLS/CPR certification.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong clinical judgment and a patient‑first mindset
• One year of RN experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical experience are encouraged to apply)
