Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an RN to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes in North Carolina. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care on each assignment.

Current RN licensure in the practicing state, BLS, and a TB or chest X-ray are required. One year of nursing experience is preferred. Maxim offers competitive pay, health/dental/vision, PTO, a 401(k) plan and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as an RN in the state where you will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray documentation current.
• Current BLS certificate.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
