Location: Manchester NH

Open needs: Monday - Friday overnights 8p - 8a

Pay Rate: $42-46 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiates and revises the plan of care as needed, based on patient status and needs.
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and reports to physicians or supervisors.
• Administers medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting effectiveness.
• Reviews care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.
