Job summary

Comfort Home Care in Melrose/Malden is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time morning weekday shift. The role offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped incentive plan, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

You will visit patients in their homes, assess needs, and craft care plans that support independence and well-being. Ideal candidates have MA RN licensure, at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health or psychiatric experience preferred), and reliable transportation.

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home health or psych preferred.
• Reliable transportation to patient visits.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients during visits, evaluate conditions and needs.
• Create and adjust individualized care plans with providers.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications and safety.
• Document visits accurately and coordinate with care teams.

What We're Looking For
