BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated per diem and / or weekends Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health and senior living visits.

• Territory : this office cares for clients south of I-70 including but not limited to : Denver metro, Aurora, Littleton, Centennial, Parker, Castle Pines, Castle Rock.
• Must be available to attend orientation for one full week, Monday through Friday.
• Prior or current home health / visits experience required.
• Weekend rotation required for all RNs.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities :

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Makehome visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) :

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
• Prior or current home health / visits experience .
• Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

Additional Information :

Pay – Weekly, Starting at $52 per productivity point, based on experience.
