The role requires an unrestricted RN license and 1+ year nursing experience, with willingness to travel up to 50%. Home health or hospice background is preferred, and a nursing degree is advantageous.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance


• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred


• Home Health, Hospice, or HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
