Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate PRN Home Health RN (Registered Nurse) to join our Home Health team delivering individualized care to patients in their homes in east Pasco county (Wesley Chapel, Odessa, Zephyrhills, Land O’ Lakes, Dade City, etc.).

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments (OASIS at required intervals), planning and delivering skilled nursing care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with an active Florida RN license.
• Prefers BSN or MSN degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience; prior home health RN experience strongly preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills.
• Willingness to participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations.

Locations: Home health visits in east Pasco county (including Dade City, Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Odessa, Zephyrhills, and surrounding areas)

Schedule: 10+ home health visits per week. Required weekend/holiday on-call rotations.
