Job summary

Preferred Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes in Fort Myers, FL. This on-call role offers independence with the backing of a supportive team.

The RN will perform assessments, create care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and caregivers. Strong OASIS documentation, valid driver’s license, and current BLS are required. Field-based work across the service area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on nursing experience.
• 1+ year of Home Health experience.
• 1+ year of OASIS documentation experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and build individualized care plans.
