Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate end-of-life care in a home health hospice setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patient status, develop, implement, and assess care plans, and provide direct treatment while coordinating referrals to community resources. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, offering support during challenging times.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maine or a compact state.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in EMR technology; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
