Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking an experienced RN II to coordinate and ensure the delivery of home health care services in Georgia. You will work to reflect agency standards and provide safe nursing care to assigned patients.

The role requires one year of related RN experience, Georgia nursing licensure, CPR, and reliable transportation. You will communicate with diverse teams and manage scheduling to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of related RN experience or 24 months RN experience for new hires.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of people to create a positive image of Tanner Health System.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Licensed RN in Georgia or Multistate Nursing License.

Licenses & Certifications

• Drivers License
• Georgia Registered Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Vehicle Insurance

• One year experience as an RN II at Tanner or a minimum of 24 months experience as a Registered Nurse for new hires
