Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for coordination of home health care services in the Carrollton, Georgia area. This role focuses on delivering nursing care that aligns with agency standards and philosophy, ensuring quality and safe patient care.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external hires. Ideal candidates have one year of RN experience, valid Georgia RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• One year experience as an RN II at Tanner or a minimum of 24 months experience as a Registered Nurse for new hires.
• Pleasant, professional demeanor.

• Proven ability to organize and prioritize for maximum time utilization.
• Proven ability to work with others at all levels within and outside Tanner

Education

Experience

One year of related experience. Requires working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Licenses & Certifications

• Drivers License
• Georgia Registered Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Vehicle Insurance
