Job summary

Tanner Health System is offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external hires. The role coordinates and ensures quality and safe delivery of home health care services, aligning with the Agency philosophy and nursing standards for assigned patients.

Candidates should have one year of related nursing experience, and licensure as a Georgia RN or multistate license. CPR or obtain within 30 days of hire is required.

Experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Drivers License
• Georgia Registered Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with a wide range of people to create a positive image of Tanner Health System
• Basic computer skills required
• Oneyear experience as an RN II at Tanner or a minimum of 24 months experience as a Registered Nurse for new hires
• Pleasant, professional demeanor, confident personality
• Proven ability to make independent judgments, displaying emotional maturity and using sound judgment
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize for maximum time utilization
• Proven ability to work with others at all levels within and outside Tanner
