Job summary

Tanner Health System in Georgia is seeking an RN to coordinate and ensure quality home health care services for assigned patients. Responsibilities include coordinating delivery reflecting the agency's philosophy and standards and ensuring safe nursing care delivery.

The position requires RN licensure in Georgia or a multistate license, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, CPR within 30 days, and at least 1 year of related RN experience.

Qualifications

• GA RN licensure required or multistate license.

Qualifications
