jw - 1785755 Home Health RN needed for Marion, OH. 8-hour days, starting 5/19. Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. There is an every 4th weekend requirement (if needed). On-call duties may include up to 4 evenings or nights per month, during weekdays or on the assigned weekend (if needed). Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred but not required. Must be able to complete OASIS admissions and case management as needed.
