Job description

jw - 1785755 Home Health RN needed for Marion, OH. 8-hour days, with a start date of 5/19. Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. There is an every 4th weekend requirement (if needed). On-call duties up to 4 evenings or nights per month, either during the week or on an assigned weekend (if needed). Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred but not required. Must be able to complete OASIS admissions and manage cases as needed.
