Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare in New Mexico, including Los Alamos, White Rock and Espanola. You choose your schedule with shifts from 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, enabling work-life balance while delivering one-on-one care in clients’ homes.

The base rate is $42.00–$44.50 per hour, with quarterly incentives up to $7,500 and an average total compensation of up to $58/hour for eligible RNs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of state-approved nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care or equivalent.
• Newly licensed grads encouraged to apply with paid mentorship.
• Current CPR certification and TB test; reimbursement may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients.
