Job summary

Professional Case Management in New Mexico is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home healthcare services. Earn a $42/hour base rate and create your own schedule while delivering meaningful care to clients in their homes.

Eligible RNs can earn quarterly incentive bonuses of up to $7,500, with average total compensation potentially reaching up to $58/hour. We prioritize one-on-one patient relationships and a safe, culturally sensitive care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one year experience as an RN in an acute care setting; new graduates considered.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Maintain patient safety and deliver quality, compassionate care.
• Coordinate with the care team to meet individual patient needs.
