Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses to deliver in-home healthcare across New Mexico. The role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance schooling, travel or family time while delivering one-on-one patient care.

You’ll earn a base rate of $42/hour with quarterly incentives up to $7,500, with average total compensation potentially reaching $58/hour for eligible RNs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one year RN experience in acute care; new grads considered.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Perform and document patient assessments, treatments and care plans.
• Coordinate with family, caregivers and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhere to agency policies, privacy rules and safety guidelines.
