Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess patients, execute care plans, and educate families in a home-health setting. You will protect privacy under HIPAA, monitor patient changes, and report to a care team, while ensuring ongoing safe and high-quality patient care.

The position requires an active RN license and at least one year of clinical nursing experience, with home health preferred. You may travel between patient homes using your own vehicle or provided transportation.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient positioning/transfer.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for travels between patient homes.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
