Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The RN will handle Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation, working independently in the field.

The ideal candidate has home health experience and is comfortable with field visits, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team. The role offers full-time with possible part-time consideration based on availability.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Colorado.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform SOC visits and coordinate care.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

WSi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, but the team is also open to considering part-time nurses based on availability.

This is a strong opportunity for an RN with home health experience who is comfortable working independently in the field and completing Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities
