Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on a part-time, per diem basis. This role combines clinical nursing, client assessments and care coordination with caregiver supervision and administrative duties.

The RN Supervisor will oversee client care services and caregiver personnel, ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while collaborating with families and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable traveling to Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek and Southern Milwaukee.

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on a part-time, per diem basis. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys a combination of hands-on clinical nursing, client assessments, care coordination, caregiver supervision, and administrative responsibilities.

The RN Supervisor will oversee client care services and caregiver personnel while helping ensure that clients receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Position Details

• Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
• Job Type: Part-Time, Per Diem
• Pay: $45.00 per hour
• Mileage: $0.45 per mile
• Service Area: Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek, and Southern Milwaukee
• Schedule: Per diem / as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and evaluate clients' care needs.

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable conducting client and family visits in the community.
• Must be able to travel to Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek, and Southern Milwaukee.
