Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home care team serving Billerica and Merrimack Valley communities.

If you want to leave long hospital shifts for flexibility, independence, and meaningful elderly care, this role offers that. You’ll perform in-home assessments, develop care plans, supervise aides, ensure safety, and coordinate with clients and families.

Qualifikationen

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Experience in home health, geriatric, or supervisory nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making abilities.

• Conduct in-home nursing assessments and reassessments.
• Develop and update individualized client care plans.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home nursing assessments and reassessments

• Monitor caregiver performance and compliance
• Provide caregiver education, training, and re-education as needed
• Communicate with clients, families, and office staff
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Help maintain high standards of quality care and client safety

What We're Looking For

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
